摘要
In view of the characteristics of cascade hydropower systems connected into different transmission sections of a grid, a multi-objective short-term optimal dispatching model for cascade hydropower stations considering multi-transmission-section constraint is proposed. The objectives are hydroelectricity maximization for the hydropower system and total square deviation of remaining loads minimization for grid. The power flow calculation is introduced into the cascade hydropower model, the hydropower shifted distribution factor of the system is obtained by analyzing the power flow calculation results, and the transmission section constraint is converted to the hydropower active power constraint. The improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the model in order to accelerate the convergence speed and improve the quality of the solution. The simulation results in the improved IEEE 39 system validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
