Serviço Ambulatorial de Saúde Mental Infanto-Juvenil no Distrito Federal: contexto histórico, estruturação e desdobramentos

Mental Health in Brazil has a long and peculiar course, and its change over the years brings the challenge of reorganizing care services. This article presents a proposal for the structuring of a specialized mental health service for children and youth in the Federal District, debate Input Groups and analyzes the barriers and advantages of this approach.
