摘要
Metasurfaces are widely used in the design of flat optics due to their powerful light control ability, which promotes the development of flat optics. The traditional method of designing metasurface devices generally assumes that the meta-atom is in the simulation of periodic boundary conditions to extract phase and amplitude information. However, this approach ignores the nearfield coupling between different meta-atoms because metasurfaces are aperiodic in most actual design. Here, we propose a method for designing metasurfaces considering near-field coupling, which can improve the performance of metasurfaces designed by traditional methods, and could be applied to a lot of metasurface design including, but not limited to, concentrators, divergent lenses, and deflectors.
