Objectives: Dentists and other professionals are extensively using digital dental explorer for dental treatment and assessment of dental disease. Digital imaging and image processing are widely used in dentistry for recognition, identification and assessment of various lesions in oral treatment. Acquiring the images and extraction useful from it for correct diagnosis is widely acclaimed by usage of advanced image processing tools. Methodology: This paper is an attempt to propose an outline of numerous techniques used in oral radiology and for teeth-related complications. Here, a unique and novel approach are used to repair the cracks and stretch of RCT as well as sternness using x-ray image. Tools and methods: This approach includes the series of the measures which are used in preprocessing method using contrast stretching process, parting system by means of active shape prototypical and other practises to devise the region of root canal and weakening progression to determine midline of the root canal region and sternness of cavities. The multilinear subspace learning approach which comprises of multilinear principal component analysis (MPCA) and multilinear discriminant analysis (MLDA) are used here for better outcomes. Results: The results are proving better than conventional methods used in dentistry in terms of statistical measures like accuracy and others. It will have better scope in the field of dentistry and can be used as secondary opinion for improving diagnostic efficacy.
