摘要
Bioresorbable composites based on hybrid phosphate-silicate coatings and Mg0.8Ca alloy were obtained using the MAO method in the electrolyte containing the powders of wollastonite and beta-TCP. The coating morphology and elemental composition were studied with the help of the scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. Elongated particles of wollastonite and isometric particles of TCP were evenly distributed on the coatings surface. The crystalline phases of wollastonite, alpha-TCP, akermanite, diopside and forsterite were found in the coatings. After the 16 days of the immersion in 0.9% NaCl solution the mass loss of bare Mg0.8Ca alloy and the coated samples was 9.2% and 1.5% respectively.
