摘要
The task of determining the distribution of air bubbles in water by size is one of the keys in the calculation, design and operation of gas-liquid systems. At present, optical and hydroacoustic methods are used to solve this problem. This paper describes the difficulties with the use of a passive hydroacoustic method. It is shown that the noise created by the bubbles is caused not only by their harmonic pulsations, but also by separation from the source and collapse. Upon separation and collapse, broadband noise is emitted, which complicates the allocation of the noise of the harmonic pulsations of the bubbles.
