3D poly-ε-caprolactone/graphene porous scaffolds for bone tissue engineering
Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects(2020)
摘要
•The PCL/graphene(GP) scaffolds were fabricated by solvent-casting/particulate-leaching method. Their pore sizes were 250∼400 μm.•The presence of GPs changed the surface properties of the 3D porous scaffolds from hydrophobic to hydrophilic.•The compression test indicated that adding GPs improved the mechanical property of the 3Dporous scaffolds.•The MG-63 cells exhibited good attachment and proliferation on PCL/GP scaffolds. The MTT test revealed that PCL/GP scaffolds exhibited favorable in vitro biocompatibility.
