Phthalocyanines (Pcs) [1-3] are among the few molecules that reveal an intense NIR absorption and therefore, constitute promising dyes in molecular photovoltaics [4]. Pcs have emerged also as excellent light harvesting antennas for incorporation into donor-acceptor systems, mainly in connection with carbon nanostructures as acceptor moieties [3].
