P‐21: Selective modulation of electrical characteristics for transparent conducting oxides by electro‐hydro‐dynamic printing technology

We report electro‐hydro‐dynamic (EHD) printing technology for selective modulation of electrical characteristics for indium‐tin‐oxide (ITO) transparent conducting oxide (TCO) material. The aluminum oxide printed ITO layer (ITO:Al 2 O 3 ) layer was utilized as channel layer and the bare ITO layer was utilized as source/drain electrodes for homojunction thin‐film transistor (TFT).
