Synthesis, crystal structure, and magnetic properties of the complex [(CH3)3NH]2 [Co(NCS)4]

摘要
Abstract A new complex [(CH3)3NH]2[Co(NCS)4], in which zero-dimensional [Co(NCS)4] n 2− anions are balanced by 2n [(CH3)3NH]+ cations, was synthesized. The complex has been characterized by single X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and magnetic measurements. Magnetic susceptibility data indicate ferromagnetic interactions among the CoII ions.
