Enhancement of the selective hydrodesulfurization performance by adding cerium to CoMo/γ-Al₂O₃ catalysts

CoMo/CeO2–Al2O3 catalysts were prepared with high catalytic performance. The content of CeO2 is the key to adjusting the morphology of MoS2. The catalytic activity and selectivity are closely related to the sulfidation of the Mo species.
