Brain Metastases and Neoplastic Meningitis

The current chapter covers the topics of brain metastases and neoplastic meningitis. We anticipate that with advances in systemic treatments, radiation therapy, and surgical technique, treatment will change in the following years. Our aims in this chapter are provide a review of existing evidence-based literature that is the basis for current treatment guidelines and to discuss potential future developments based on small cohorts and studies.
