摘要

under investigation, and further indicates the importance of dysplasia in the transition from inflammation to cancer in the colon.However, the up-regulation of Cox-2 in patients with CRC when compared to those with chronic inflammation seems to appear alongside carcinogenesis.It is probable that levels of certain proteins over-expressed in cancer increase during dysplasia while those of other proteins only become elevated after reaching said condition.
