摘要

•In pediatric patients treated with VGB, GABA/Cr was significantly higher.•In patients with VABAM, there was an increase in free GABA concentration in CSF.•Patients with VABAM had mild elevation of GABA/Cr, useful for risk management.•Post‐hemorrhagic hydrocephalus in very‐low‐birth‐weight preterm infants may be a risk factor for VABAM.
