Humoral and cellular immune responses to SARS CoV-2 vaccination in People with Multiple Sclerosis and NMOSD patients receiving immunomodulatory treatments

•B-cell depleted patients mount normal T-cell responses to SARS CoV2 vaccination.•About 50 % of B-cell depleted patients have a detectable IgG response following SARS CoV2 vaccination.•S1P- inhibitors strongly inhibit T-cell responses to SARS-CoV2 vaccination.•The majority of patients treated with S1P inhibitors show weak but detectable IgG responses following SARS CoV2 vaccination.•Other disease modifying MS medications have no detrimental effect on the immune response to SARS CoV2 vaccination.
