Post-Transplantation Cyclophosphamide-Based Graft- versus-Host Disease Prophylaxis with Nonmyeloablative Conditioning for Blood or Marrow Transplantation for Myelofibrosis

•Post-transplantation cyclophosphamide with nonmyeloablative conditioning results in acceptable clinical outcomes after blood or marrow transplantation in patients with myelofibrosis.•Older age was associated with higher nonrelapse mortality, while increased spleen size and the use of marrow grafts were associated with higher relapse rate.•No graft failure was noted with peripheral blood grafts using conditioning with 400 cGy total body irradiation, fludarabine, and cyclophosphamide.
