Netarsudil-associated reticular corneal epithelial edema

•Netarsudil can cause a reticular corneal epithelial edema.•Corneal changes develop as soon as one week after initiating netarsudil.•Reticular corneal epithelial edema can develop shortly after cyclophotocoagulation in eyes on netarsudil.•Reticular corneal epithelial edema typically self-resolves upon cessation of medication.•Resolution may involve the bullae becoming smaller and more widely spaced apart.
