摘要
In our study, native SH level decreases in patients with pHPT, especially in patients with surgical treatment indication for pHPT. The decrease in SH levels, which is a natural antioxidant that protects the body against oxidative stress, and the increase in SS levels in pHPT patients may be another metabolic effect of this disease. Native SH may be helpful in determining the indication for surgical treatment in asymptomatic pHPT patients.
