摘要

•Low-density lipoprotein receptor (LDLR) and apolipoprotein A V are associated with myocardial infarction (MI).•Both were decreased in exosomes of MI patients.•Exosomes of MI patients were larger and more concentrated than that of controls.•Exosomes rescued the reduction of LDLR expression in cardiomyocytes caused by oxygen-glucose deprivation.
