Five-Year Clinical Outcomes of the COBRA Polyzene F NanoCoated Coronary Stent System

•After 5 years the Cobra PzF stent demonstrated consistent safety and effectiveness with 21% MACE, target 12% lesion revascularization, and 0% stent thrombosis.•Between 1 and 5 years, a 1st target lesion revascularization occurred in 2.9% (annual hazard 0.7%) of subjects, comparing favorably with outcomes of 2nd generation DES.•Future directions may include testing the device in conjunction with anti-restenotic drug delivery.
