摘要

•4D-MRI guided liver SBRT was clinically implemented on the MR-linac.•Patients were treated free-breathing, without fiducial markers or contrast agent.•Technical feasibility of the workflow was demonstrated on a cohort of 20 patients.•No grade ≥3 acute toxicity was observed.•Dose accumulation showed adequate target-coverage.
