摘要
method for modification of calcium-phosphate coatings, formed by microarc oxidation, with Fe–Cu nanocomposite bicomponent particles is proposed. The effect of modification of calcium-phosphate coatings, formed on titanium, with Fe–Cu nanoparticles on their morphological, structural and mechanical characteristics is evaluated. It is found out that the highest adhesion strength (33 MPa) is exhibited by the coatings with a thickness of 42–50 μm, which were formed at the microarc oxidation voltage of 200 V in the electrolyte containing Fe–Cu nanoparticles. These coatings are characterized by a roughness (R a ) of 3.3 μm, a surface porosity of 21% and a higher content of calcium compared to that in the initial unmodified coating.
