High-capacity CoP-Mn3P nanoclusters heterostructures derived by Co2MnO4 as advanced electrodes for supercapacitors

A series of Co-Mn-P-x (x=1, 2, 3 and 4) electrodes with different morphology derived by Co2MnO4 are synthesized through the controlled phosphorization procedure. An asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) device (Co-Mn-P-2//AC) unveils an ultrahigh energy density and a remarkable power density.
