The purpose of this analysis was to combine quantitative research studies of Leadership Styles and Employees Performance in order to examine the coefficient co-relation between these two variables. As it is important to discover and quantify the degree to which variables in the dataset are dependent upon each other The challenges of coping with today’s corporate culture have put several organizations on their toes to struggle for survival in the heat of competition. The driver of such strategic move towards surviving the competition is the leadership provided by managers who are expected to influence others in achieving organizational goals and also boost employee’s performance. (Shafie et al.2013) explicates the relevance of leadership in organizations and exclusively on human beings who are apparently the prime asset of any firm. The key drivers of any company are usually employees, they are the one who nurture the life of the organizations with their employers to survive in the market. It is imperative to provide personnel through proper path and emotional satisfaction to get the best from them, this way can solitary come from a good leaders.it is possibly the utmost explored organisational variable that has a probable effect on employees performance. The globalization has transformed the ecosphere into a small global township; a community in which there is an eternally high brook of disputations and competitions among organizations. So, here leadership is identically a critical for companies in realizing their conventional purposes, which need to understand suitably.
