A Novel Pythagorean Hesitant Fuzzy WASPAS Method for Evaluating the RF Stealth Performance of Aviation Swarm in Penetration Scenario

The radio frequency (RF) stealth performance evaluation of aviation swarm is a prerequisite for the design of swarm stealth. At present, there is no effective way to evaluate the RF stealth performance of aviation swarm. In order to solve the problem, an evaluation approach based on Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy-weighted aggregated sum product assessment (PHF-WASPAS) method is proposed. Firstly, according to the correlation coefficient between Pythagorean hesitant fuzzy sets (PHFSs), we construct a weighting model of criterion set. Then, an integrated decision-making method is put forward according to the WASPAS with PHF information, and we introduce its specific steps. Considering that aviation swarm performing the penetration task, an evaluation criteria system is established. Moreover, we derive the formulas of membership reference points, based on which, decision makers (DMs) can provide their PHF decision matrix. In this way, we can integrate the objective and subjective evaluation information to obtain a more scientific result. Finally, we take the three-aircraft swarm as an example to illustrate the feasibility of our approach.
