Nasopharyngeal Metastasis From Colorectal Cancer: A Case Report

Background: Nasopharyngeal metastasis from colorectal cancer has never been reported in the past. Case presentation: In this paper, we establish a case report of a 79-year-old man suffering from adenocarcinoma of the rectum with distant metastases to the liver, lung, and nasopharynx. Over the past 7 years, he received radical surgery for rectal cancer (miles surgery), chemotherapy, hepatectomy, and pneumonectomy. Conclusions: We equally discuss the histopathological and clinical aspects associated with this condition.
