摘要
•The rGO@CuCo2S4@CoS2/NF composites material derived from ZIF-67.•Core-shell heterostructure is generated on nickel foam as binder-free electrode.•rGO@CuCo2S4@CoS2/NF exhibited a high specific capacity of 1101.2 c g − 1 (2447.1 f g − 1).•The rGO@CuCo2S4@CoS2/NF//AC asymmetric supercapacitor possessed high energy density.
