摘要
Different from traditional engineering alloys, high-entropy alloys (HEAs) are constituted by multiple elements with an equi-molar or near equi-molar mixing to form simple solid-solution structures of complex composition-complex. Among them, refractory high-entropy alloys (RHEAs) have got more attention due to their high strength, excellent oxidationand corrosion-resistances at high temperatures, possessing giant potential high-temperature applications. The present work elaborated the research progress and applications of RHEAs, in which the alloy systems were classified according to the crystal structures and the microstructures of these RHEAs were also discussed. Then, properties of RHEAs were generalized systematically, including high-strength, abrasive-resistance, high-temperature oxidation-resistance, corrosion-resistance, etc. Finally, the future development progress and applications of RHEAs were proposed.
