摘要
Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in our country, which has the characteristics of high invasion, easy metastasis and recurrence. These characteristics are also the key links leading to poor prognosis and poor clinical efficacy. At present, there is no ideal prevention and treatment method for liver cancer, one of the important factors is that the mechanism of its occurrence and development is still unclear. In the process of occurrence and development of malignant tumors, epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) will appear, that is to say, it will gradually lose the epithelioid characteristics and show the interstitial characteristics of increased invasion and motility, and a variety of signal pathways participate in this process. Inhibition of related signal pathways can inhibit EMT and the occurrence of malignant tumors. EMT also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of liver cancer, but the specific mechanism is still unclear [1]. As a tumor suppressor gene, suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3) is closely related to the Abstract
