摘要
Abbildung 1 und das Inhaltsverzeichnisbild dieser Zuschrift zeigen eine fehlerhafte Struktur für die cis-Azobenzol-Einheit. Die korrekten Graphiken sind hier gezeigt. Light-induced switchable reconfiguration between CDNs “X” and “Y” using photoisomerizable azobenzene strand C as the trigger. While the cis-azobenzene-functionalized strand C does not interact with CDN “X”, the photoisomerization to the trans-azobenzene-modified strand C results in the strand displacement of the triplex structure associated with BA′ through the stabilization of a trans-azobenzene-intercalated duplex (CC′). The separation of the triplex structure of BA′ energetically destabilizes the constituent, leading to the down-regulation of BA′ and AB′ and the up-regulation of AA′ and BB′. The scheme presents the reversible switching between CDNs “X” and “Y” by the cyclic photoisomerization of the azobenzene units between trans- and cis-states. Inset: Schematic catalytic cleavage of the fluorophore/quencher-functionalized substrate by the Mg2+-ion-dependent DNAzyme reporter unit.
