P1‐77: Long‐COVID syndrome associated with COVID‐19 pneumonia

and 12 months’ showed a stable left lower endobronchial mass. Conclusion: Bronchoscopy surveillance coupled with CT thorax should be considered in patients with recurrent pneumonia. Post obstructive pneumonia due to endobronchial papilloma is a rare differential diagnosis in a patient with recurrent pneumonia. Endobronchial papilloma occurs mainly in middle age men with the same age group as lung malignancy. An accurate diagnosis makes conservative surgery possible.
