摘要

•Amplitude of acoustic and tactile startle response is decreased in GluA4-KO mice.•The lack of GluA4 leads to reduced startle probability.•Reduced SR is not a consequence of auditory or motor dysfunction.•GluA4 is immunolocalized in the CRN, Pr5 and PnC.
