摘要

•This study has systematically analyzed the utility of ECoG in tumor-related epilepsy and provides a deep insight into it.•Epilepsy was the most common clinical symptom of primary brain tumors, which usually caused many long-term complications.•Intraoperative ECoG could effectively delineate epileptogenic areas, and optimize the surgical strategy.
