摘要
This article examines the major and minor degree intentions of undergraduates enrolled in introductory computing courses. Focusing on three primary groups (computing majors, non-computing majors, and undecided majors) we examine specific major choices, double major combinations, and minors. Further, we examine the degree intentions of women and underrepresented racially minoritized students compared to their male and majority counterparts. Findings reveal wide variation in the degree plans of intro students and that degree intentions vary by gender and race/ethnicity in several ways.
