摘要
In this paper, we continue our prior efforts on the fast generation of memory-centric AI edge devices with compute-in-memory (CIM) technology. From data mapping to design verification and layout automation, the proposed EDA solutions can help improve the design efficiency to reconfigure the devices for specific applications such as mobile net and keyword spotting.
