Mathematical Model of the Energy Balance for Two Configurations of Trapezoidal Box-type Solar Cooker Tested under Saharan Climate

This article presents a mathematical model for two configurations of a box type solar cooker with trapezoidal shape: the cooker will be eqquiped with an additional reflector at first time and will be removed later, the aim is to determine the behavior in both cases depending on the the available solar energy.
