•NMR-based foodomics revealed the chemical composition of selected dried berries.•H-ORAC values of dried berries could be correlated to their phenolic compounds.•The composition of six dried berries was compared with their berry-based supplements.•NMR-based foodomics identified low quantities of dried berries in supplements.
