A MOBILE SYSTEM AND METHOD THAT PROVIDES PROACTIVE SUGGESTION OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES BASED ON A USER'S CONTEXT AND PREFERENCE

According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for suggesting a physical activity performed by an intelligent intervention system which comprises the steps of: collecting physical activity details of a user through an electronic device; detecting an amount of a physical activity less than a predetermined reference from the amount of the physical activity obtained by accumulating the collected physical activity details; determining a time point of suggestion of the physical activity related to the detected amount of the physical activity less than the predetermined reference by using situation recognition information of the user; and suggesting the physical activity of the user through the electronic device at the time point of suggestion of the determined physical activity.
