摘要
•Thermally stable anatase TiO2 nanocomposites doped with ceria or ittria may be used as support for highly active Pt-contained catalyst for CO oxidation.•All dopants increase the temperature of anatase to rutile phase transition and stabilize TiO2 anatase structure up to 900°C.•Dopants are localized in near atomic state in the regions of interblock boundaries formed by anatase particle intergrowth.
