摘要
Objective: The objective is to investigate the effects of trimetazidine hydrochloride and atorvastatin calcium on inflammation, homocysteine (HCY) levels, and endothelial function in patients with H-type hypertension. Methods: A total of 200 patients with H-type hypertension who were treated in the department of cardiovascular medicine of the hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected and divided into study and control groups according to the random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride, and the patients in the study group were treated with atorvastatin calcium based on the treatment in the control group. The patients in both groups were continuously treated for 8 weeks. The basic clinical data of the two groups were compared. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to measure the changes in tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-a), interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), and endothelin-1 (ET-1) levels in the groups of patients. The changes in the HCY levels in the groups were determined using the circulating enzyme method. Nitric oxide (NO) levels were determined through nitrate reduction, and thrombo-regulatory protein (TM) levels were determined using chemiluminescence. Results: After treatment, TNF-a, IL-6, CRP, HCY, TM, ET-1, and NO levels in the groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<.05).Conclusion: The combination of trimetazidine hydrochloride and atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of H-type hypertension can significantly reduce the level of HCY and improve the inflammatory response and endothelial function in patients with H-type hypertension.
