摘要

•Metabolome, transcriptome, and phytohormone data were generated during autumn leaf coloration in Pistacia chinensis.•Jasmonic acid content was significantly enriched during leaf coloration in response to seasonal changes.•A homolog of Arabidopsis MYB113 was related to the anthocyanin accumulation in response to light and leaf senescence.
