摘要

•Nanofibers loaded with antibiotics and PANI having photothermal effect were prepared.•The drug release was accelerated significantly under NIR irradiation.•The bactericidal rate toward Staphylococcus aureus reached 99%.•Synergistic antibacterial therapy was realized by photothermal and NIR-controlled drug releasing.
