摘要

•Dmrt1, dmrt2 and dmrt3 were first cloned and characterized from the gonads of mandarin fish.•Dmrt1 expressed highly in testis and dmrt2 expressed highly in ovary.•17α-Methyltestosterone could stimulate the expression of dmrt1 and dmrt3, and inhibit dmrt2.•Dmrt1 could activate gsdf-promotor and inhibit cyp19a1a-promotor alone in vitro.
