The current practice of Capability Maturity Assessment by TOGAF, its drawbacks. Then based on the practical experiences, proposes Comprehensive Capability Maturity Model Assessment (CCMM) that covers across the phases of Architecture development method that provides the assessment of maturity to be more realistic.
