摘要
In this study, we extended studies on OCB and individual level consequence by investigating the relationship between OCB and individual career related outcomes. Survey data was collected from 312 employees and their supervisors in two state-owned companies in China. Structural equation modeling was use as the major method to test the hypothetical models. The findings of this study suggest that OCB positively related to organizational centrality and which in turn leads to career satisfaction and confidence for career future.
