摘要
Platelets are involved not only in coagulation and thrombosis but also in the inflammatory response. Systemic lupus, erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune-mediated chronic inflammatory disease. Studies have shown that hyperactivated platelets promote the occurrence and development of inflammation by interacting with other Cells and thus participating in the pathogenesis of SLE. Therfore, this article reviews the, platelet activation pathway, the interaction between activated platelets and immune cells, and their role in SLE to investigate the mechanism of activated platelets in SLE inflammation.
