Oncology is a diverse field where anatomopathology has an important role. Many diagnostic tests can develop into adverse effects or increase hospital costs. It is important to remind how helpful laparoscopy is in those patients where there is no definitive diagnosis. Laparoscopy surgery is not only a therapeutic tool, but also a diagnostic one. In those cases where medicine has nothing more to say, minimal invasive surgery helps us to get histologic samples as biopsy or cytology to get the best treatment to our patient.
