Broadband Visualization Method for Near Field Scanning

In this paper, we propose a broadband visualization method for the electromagnetic interference(EMI) analysis. Based on the scanned near field from the unknown radiation source at different frequencies, we started from a three-frequency visualization algorithm, and further developed a filter based broadband radiation visualization algorithm. By associating frequencies with colors and intensity with magnitude, the proposed method can help locate a broadband noise source and its frequency, which is helpful for complex EMI diagnosis.
