摘要
The conception of sustainable highland vegetable production and the main information of highland vegetable in China were given in this paper. The main obstacles in highland vegetable production including the simple cultivation model, the poor vegetable cropping condition, the shortage of advanced post-harvest technology, the lack of productive cultivation and management, and especially the emergence of ecological problem were analyzed clearly. To overcome these obstacles, the encounter measures to the sustainable development of highland vegetable in China were also presented in this paper, including a range of techniques about effective and ecological cultivation, diversified vegetable cropping patterns, and improvement of standardized post-harvest.
