Preparation of β-zeolite mixed catalysts using alumina and titania matrices modified by silication of gel skeletal reinforcement and their reactivity for catalytic cracking of n-dodecane

摘要
•Silica-modified alumina and titania were made by gel skeletal reinforcement (GSR).•GSR-silica-modified alumina had a wider mesopore distribution than usual alumina.•GSR-silica-modified titania was improved in the stability of anatase phase at 600℃.•Cracking activity of GSR-alumina mixed catalyst was higher than that of β-zeolite.•Improved acidity and mesoporous characteristics greatly contributed to the activity.
